Property Appraisal
When two guys from 1st Choice Appraisal Services first arrived, we asked them to wait for us to accompany them into our bedrooms. While downstairs speaking to one of them (owner Merv Norwood), the other guy ran upstairs where I found him in our bedroom. When I confronted him about being there unaccompanied, he sarcastically said "Do you want to search my pockets?" It went downhill from there. I asked them to leave. Merv Norwood refused to speak directly to me, saying "I prefer to talk to your husband." When we finally got them out of our home, we promptly called the bank to complain. The poor bank employee who sent them was horrified and very apologetic.
