I've been with them since 2014 and they were excellent. I'm completely satisfied with their work, good workers and their attitude. They check all the rooms they were nice and they combination my schedule to their schedule. they have a reasonable price that's why I stick with them. I will recommend them anywhere else if they were looking for a reliable person. I believe they were the best cleaning company in my area.

Look no further! They are the greatest. Because the total house needed cleaning, jo Ann came out, did walkthrough. House was covered with plaster dust. Price was very fair, three gals showed up next am and cleaned the entire house top to bottom nonstop. I couldn't be happier. They brought everything needed for the job. Several teams on staff and each has a company van. Their attitude and thoroughness were beyond reproach. They were on ladders, hands and knees to get every corner and crevis. They also passed my white glove inspection. Also, they have the cleanest office and parking area in all of Kingston. I will use and recommend them highly for all their services large or small. Got a couple quotes by email from others, but whenJo-Ann came right here personally to make sure nothing was missed, I was sold on the spot. Call today, and tell them Larry sent you Kudos to the entire team!

Over about six months, things kept coming up missing. After the first complaint, they did provide us with a different crew. We had to complain again after a 500 dollar item came up missing, they did pay for the missing items.

"It is not easy to elaborate on issues that allegedly happened in 2015-2016. I do recall your issues, and I did what I felt was the responsible thing to do, which was reimburse you for your loss. I never want any of my employees to be responsible for a customers loss. We investigated on our end but did not come up with a solution or a resolution to the item you lost. I was sorry this occurred at that time and I am still not happy with the issue. I can apologize again if that will in any way appease this problem. Excellent service! Excellent work! I have been with them for seven years! The workers are always polite and reliable. They will work with me when I need them to be flexible with my schedule. I have never had any concerns about them being in my home when I am not there and they are just good people!

Maid 4 u is my choice when it comes to housecleaning! They are very high quality, consistent, reliable and very affordable. Prior to contracting with Maid 4 u, I tried 3 other housecleaning companies in the Knoxville area. They were all more expensive and did not meet my expectations. The Maid 4 u staff is always friendly with the customer and they are well trained. They especially have an eye for detail. The central office excellent in scheduling reviews and following up on my satisfaction. I have been a very highly pleased customer since June, 2012. I highly recommend Maid 4 U!

I work at Omega Waste Logistics. We have our offices cleaned every Thursday. They always do a nice job but today was extra special. Today Ashley was cleaning in the reception area and found a ruby ring. She immediately brought it to me. The owner of the ring was called and she said she has missed that ring for two weeks and prayed she would find it. It is her 25th anniversary ring. I am very impressed with the honesty of Ashley who is representing Maid 4 U cleaning service.
I would recommend hiring this cleaning service if you like honest people cleaning your home or offices.

The cleaning staff has always arrived on time. They are friendly and professional and do a very good job cleaning my house. The office staff has also been easy to work with whenever I have had to reschedule cleaning dates/times. I highly recommend this company.

About 1.5 years ago, one of the Maid 4 u cleaners stole a valuable piece of jewelry from my bathroom. I reported the theft to Maid 4 u; however, they only said they were sorry. I don't know if the cleaner was fired or not. I cannot believe I KEPT the service, but I did, thinking that it couldn't happen again. About six months ago, another cleaner stole a $50 bill from my wallet! I reported the theft to Maid 4 U--I do not know what happened to the cleaner. I asked for two specific cleaners from that time on. For awhile, I was accommodated; however, last week I was told the team would have a new member. Earlier, the owner of Maid 4 u had suggested that my "favorite" cleaner could just come alone if the other team member was unavailable. When I asked for the "favorite" cleaner to come alone last week, I was told no, and they DISMISSED ME! Via a voicemail! Even though my "favorite" cleaner did a fine job, in retrospect, I think I was crazy for keeping them on after the FIRST theft. I do not recommend this service for two reasons: theft, and the owner did not keep her promise.

This was a huge disappointment. Two women arrived for 2 hours of cleaning. I provided a priority list, which consisted of dusting blinds, baseboards and fans, cleaning the floors and cleaning the 3.5 baths. After 1 hour and 40 minutes of work, they began packing up, having only completed 1/2 of the bathrooms, 1 of the 2 fans and only cleaning the downstairs. The baseboards in the downstairs were only have dusted. I would not recommend this service.

I was ok with Maid4U because their flexible scheduling, but I think I have held my tongue for too long. For the 1st time in 19 yrs. of all crews who have cleaned my house, an expensive jewelry mysteriously disappeared during their cleaning time. My silk painting in the hallway, which was hanging on the wall for 14 yrs., got a 2" scratch because of a carelessness new crew member. At another time, I stopped a lady who rested her broom stick directly against the canvas of another painting.
I hired the Maid4U b/c of all the positive reviews. However, w/o proper training and lack of care & attention to detail from the crew members, the service has gone down since last year.
My mother-in-law is dying. So, instead of baby-sitting the crew today, I went to the hospice to see her one last time. When I came home later, the crew was gone. Usually they stay at least 3 hr. for the cleaning, not today. The lead member claimed on the yellow sheet they arrived at 9:00 am, but in reality I opened the door for them at 9:35 am. When I returned 12:35, the crew was gone, and they marked the leaving time of 12:05. B/c our recent home improvement, I had to skip the last time. So, my house was dusty, and I was counting on the ladies to take the initiative & do a thorough job. Everything looked good on the surface until you started to look. When I run my fingers on the bathroom counter top, there was a thin layer dust. Then, I discovered some dust bunnies behind the bench in the hallway, and the microwave door was wiped haphazardly. After that, I stopped looking.
I can't help asking myself--can anyone take the pride doing their job any more?

As I was giving our bath a light cleaning this morning, I couldn't help thinking that it's nice to know that Ann and Melody will be by next week to give everything a deep clean. It's painful to admit, but they do a better job than we do!
My husband and I have reached the point that we're looking for a few 'easy buttons.' Having the team come in every other week and do the heavy lifting allows us to stay active and do the rest. (I've asked them not to dust and to leave the kitchen to me because I enjoy these jobs.) But imagine our relief that someone else will deal with our high ceiling light fixture bulb changes, or give the screen porch its end of summer deep clean.
Ann and Melody come on time and work hard. They are pleasant to have in the house. And the house shines when they leave.

First we were told to expect the team between 11-12, they arrived at 11:30 so perfect timing. They where very professional =, came with all their supplies and where very attentive to the areas we needed done. The team was fast but did not lack the attention to detail we expected. We will be signing up for a weekly cleaning and know our home is in the hands of professionals.

They did an estimate, which was a better price than any other provider I had talked to. They did an initial deep clean with carpet cleaning. They did a great job. No dust bunnies under the bed. Every surface was shining. I could tell they had moved things to dust surfaces instead of just dusting around them. It was so nice to come home to a clean house! I will continue with regular, bi-weekly service.
