Eric Givens and his team at Total Comfort Systems (TCS) are great.  They are all very knowledgeable and professional.  This project was no small job.  They worked hard every day to make sure the new HVAC system and duct work was installed properly and on time and on budget.  
They worked well to correct some glitches caused by the movement of a gas meter (by Piedmont Gas) and they helped us correct a mistake we made when planning for a tankless hot water heater.  
Eric and his team are our go to team for HVAC needs.  HIGHLY recommend them for your project and will continue to use them for all of our future HVAC needs.

Very positive experience. We had 3 systems installed including geothermal, and they did a great job.

My experience went very well. They did a real good job. I would recommend them. The price was the best price I got. They installed the units that I was looking to get from the other companies. I'd say they'd be hard to beat.

They have been really great. They replaced our whole system. We have been using them for years. Last summer, the air conditioning went out. It was 100 degrees. The owner of the company lived down the road, so he came to our house on a Sunday to fix it, which we thought was pretty remarkable. We really like them a lot.

Total Comfort did a very good job replacing my central air unit. They were professional and courteous. They also knew exactly what they were doing. I had no cleanup left when they were finished. The only problem I found was that they were slow to return my phone call. However, their workers were on time to do the job and did a very nice job with the unit.

I would recommend them. They clean up after themselves. They work with you. It was great.
