He was prompt and arrived on time to the appointment. Don was a courteous and nice guy. We talked to him for about an hour and explained him about everything we were looking for. Don explained all of the safety requirements that we would need for the area as well. He said they would get a plan to us over the weekend. He did email me and said that it will take him a bit longer to get back to me. About two weeks later, I received an email from him with design plans. I followed up with him asking for a price quote for the design, but he never got back to me.

Don Doolin measured the liner incorrectly twice - resulting in a long wait and frustration. The final liner contains numerous highly visible wrinkles (bottom & sides) and 2 corners where the liner is not attached at all. Doolin won't respond to phone calls.
