About us

We are a family owned company and limit our flooring to one brand of luxury vinyl flooring. We stock and sell Kolay vinyl flooring. Our products are easy to install requiring only a paint roller (for glue) a tape measure, a straight edge and a utility knife. Our floors are not "click" floors and are warmer, quieter and of a commercial grade making them better quality than most other vinyl flooring materials on the market. They come in dozens of colors and textures from wood to stone to leather and cork. We invite you to take a look at our Kolay products before you decide to install or update your floors. Kolay flooring can be installed on any flat solid surface, including over existing floors. If your home is older and your floors are not even enough to install a rigid flooring without gaps then Kolay may be the answer to your problems. Our product is flexible and will follow the contour of your surface. Kolay Freelay vinyl products are a recycled product made from used tires and contain NO VOCs, NO glue and NO formaldehyde.
