Blaze Yeager is the best in the business. Check out his reviews on other sites and he doesn’t seem to maintain a presence on Angie’s List. I got several quotes from competitors before ultimately choosing Yeager Roofing. What stood out immediately was the relational approach Blaze took with me. Other contractors can be professionally courteous, but Blaze makes you feel like family and that quality of his comes through in his workmanship. He came out to the property and took the time to get to know me and my tastes and showed me some samples and offered his professional opinion on color and style. He also has the capability to take a few pictures of the house and create a digital mockup of the property, so you can get an idea of what the shingle, or siding, or windows, or pretty much anything you want to change will look like before you actually commit to anything, which is pretty cool. When I was reluctant to go with the shingle we agreed upon, he sent me to his local supplier so that I could look at real, full-size shingles from his own personal inventory. He also sent me to properties he had completed in the past, so we could see examples on actual homes of the shingles we were considering. When I changed the shingle that we had originally agreed upon, he was very accommodating. He and his crew were professional, punctual, respectful of me and my property, and were very efficient and cleanup was extremely thorough. The project started and finished on-time and on budget as quoted in the contract. Blaze and his team stay very busy year-round because they’re that good, so even if you’re just in the planning stage of a new roof, give him a call now or shoot him a text so he can get you on his schedule!
