They didn’t do much and that was part of the issue. They didn’t do anything. There was some blockage in the drain and they just wanted to clean. They didn’t take time and effort to get into the problem. The problem still persisted after they did the work. Their prices weren’t particularly outrageous.

They come twice a year. I think they are very professional and very thorough. They come when they are supposed to come. I would continue to use them in the future.

In his defense, it was a very cold January and many people had problems. It took several times to get together on the time of the sevice. Communications could improve but the job was done correctly, John Moody was most professional and competent and the price was fair.

The city told us we were leaking something in the creek & it was on our side of the meter. We had been painting & cleaning brushes. John answered the phone and told me he could be out that afternoon. He came out & diagnosed the problem, called in additional help to document the problem.
