BEWARE! Entire fence installed 2 years ago for $6000. After Helene damage, they want over $13,000 to fix one side. They admit that they are purposely price gouging because the insurance companies and FEMA are "giving out all kinds of money". My insurance is part of the National Flood Insurance program (only covers dwelling, specifically excludes fences). FEMA is NOT "giving out all kinds of money". These scammers are admittedly taking advantage of flood victims. I've sent my original estimate from 2 years ago and my estimate from yesterday to the TN Attorney General's Office so they can be held accountable.

Best fence company in the Tri-Cities. Very professional. Installed fence exactly as requested. Pulled up existing vertical posts and reused holes (only company that I got estimates from who were willing to do this).......which helped to keep boundaries the same and miss underground utilities. They have a machine that pulled up posts and hauled old fence out and new fence supplies in without damage to yard. They even loaned me a kennel to help with my 2 large dogs while fence was being installed.

The finished product is terrific and very well done. There were some problems with communication between the salesman and the crew, and changes had to be made twice which caused the job to be delayed. I would use them again if no one else is available.

When I called Tri-City Fence Company saying I was interested in getting a quote, the representative gladly gave me a day and time he would come out to the home. On that day he was punctual. He measured the space, drew the diagrams, and presented me with several options to choose. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. We signed an agreement. Within days the crew came and tore down the old fence and hauled it away. By the second week, the new fence has been installed.

The estimate and office staff were great. The installers were courteous and very fast. We have had a few minor problems over the years with some sloppy work on two posts out of a half acre fenced in area. Overall very good and I would use them again. Solid B+ in my book and the price was right.

We are very pleased with our fence. The men that came to install the fence was professional, punctual, and courteous. Job well done.

Everything was well done and we are very happy with the fence. All personnel that we dealt with were very nice and provided good service. I will offer only a small area for improvement, they did not call before coming out to begin work and at the end they left some small dirt piles in my yard. Overall, however, it was a good experience.

there was a mis-communication between the person who did the measuring and the people who installed the fence. one section of fence is in the wrong place! also, we weren't told in advance that the concrete needs to set for 3 days, and that put our project behind schedule. the owner himself came out and finished it on saturday so it wouldn't add 2 more days to the project because of the weekend.

I wasn't impressed with the way they handled my request for someone to come out and look at the gates. I wanted them re-adjusted. They never came back after they got their money.

"The salesman/owner explained to the customer that you cannot install square gate on hillside and expect it not to be off the ground. Customer called office and salesman/owner talk to her personally, she stated she was to be out of town, salesman went by there and called her back and explained to her one side of gate is touching ground and the other is about 3-4" off ground, that she would have to fill in with dirt. I regret the customer feels this way our goal is to have satisfied customers."
