Was in and out in less than an hour and the waiting room was comfortable with wifi to use. Staff was courteous and professional. Price was a little higher than you would normally pay here.

Prompt. Clean. We have been dealing with this company for about 15 years. The same people still work there with only a few new faces. They do great service work on our cars and we have also bought 2 cars from them.

They were very prompt and started on the car right away. Of course they did the usual broad review of the car but they found everything to be in order. They returned the car in clean condition in a very timely manner. I have been so impressed with their service over the past few years that we bought a Prius from them two weeks ago, as we have that much faith in them.

I took my lexus have the oil changed and was told one price and when I returned it was another. Not to mention I couldnt find anyone in the office and had to walk to detail shop to try to find someone to ask to help me. The detail shop said the employee that was suppose to help probably walked over to the toyota dealership to { HANG OUT} SAID IT WASNT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. I am so mad at this point I will never go back to this place ever ever again and will never buy another Lexus in my lifetime.. its been almost three years and no response.

Since we had a Toyota when we moved here, we used them because they were the closest. It was very nice to soon realize they were very good to deal with for all of our maintenance needs and we have purchased a new vehicle from them more than once and if we ever purchase any other vehicles they will most likely be purchased there too. The service dept. is great...very helpful, very professional, and you're in and out of there in the right amount of time. The last time we needed tires, we were surprised to find that we could get the best deal through them as opposed to other tire centers in the area. All around great dealer and service center.

Called 2 days in advance; they had the parts in stock. I dropped off the car the night before and picked it up the next afternoon. Car was cleaned and radio was ready in a timely fashion.

PROVED ALL SERVICE FOR MY NEW CAR INCLUDING ROUTINE OIL CHANGES. THEY NOTIFY WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS SCHEDULED FOR SERVICE AND COME PICK YOUR CAR UP FOR YOU AND OFFER A LOANER CAR IF NEEDED. THEY BRING THE CAR BACK WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS AND MY CAR BEING GOOD AS NEW. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND NEVER SEEM PUT OFF. I FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
