They did an outstanding job. They were exceptionally polite and friendly. They're very professional. The quality of work was excellent. We actually had a better product than quoted due to a stock shift. I have nothing but good things to say about Thompson Electrical Service. Finding a heat pump is never a happy thing. It's just that ordeal. It's just an excellent heat pump and we actually did better than what we had quoted because of the stock shift.

There was no charge so we were very pleased with them. They gave us a very reasonable price and did good work. They were very friendly. We did a lot of pricing on heat pump systems and they were very reasonable. They did a good job on the installation.

They put in a new air conditioning unit. I had compared their prices with what I got and their prices were comparable and I got a good price. They went over everything with me and they were very professional while they were here, they were punctual and I have no complaints. They did their work, cleaned up their mess; everything works fine, so I have no problems. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed them.
