The Window Source of the Tri Cities is owned and operated by Duane and Sheila Luther. Duane has over 32 years of experience in the window business, from installing to selling to managing a multi-million-dollar company. His wife, Sheila, is quite knowledgeable in the construction industry, and manages the office. Our office staff are familiar with all our products and can answer questions in our showroom, located across from Tri Cities airport. Our Design Consultants are always happy to demonstrate our products in your home (at no cost!) and provide you with the best prices in the market. The service manager is well rounded in all construction trades. Our installers are professional, factory certified and highly qualified captured subcontractors - meaning that they work for The Window Source exclusively. You will not find a better team anywhere! We provide a lifetime warranty, in writing, for all of our products including windows, patio doors, entry doors, siding, and guttering. Here at The Window Source, we operate as a single unit in constant communication on your project, from the office staff to the installers. Your home matters to us!

"We are a little confused as to the one star review - on your completion certificate you checked all 5 Stars!! When we found out there was an issue our owner, Duane, called and left a message for you regarding the screens. We have not had a response from you this week. As for the screens, all of our windows come standard with half screens and full screens are available as an upgrade. You did not choose this option. With your windows being so large and narrow, you are correct that you would need two fingers to slide them to the side you wanted to vent. Our install team pointed this out to you. Your design consultant also reached out to you with no response. We can't help if you aren't able to at least meet us halfway in this project!"
