It was horrible. Services were paid for but was not rendered. They broke the leg off of my grandmothers table & scratched the walls. I noticed some of the crew to be under the influence. I'm assuming that is the cause of the damages they made. I called the office right away & I asked to speak with the owner and spoke with a man named Randy. I told him what happen and what I saw. I let him know I told his crew to leave my home and wanted to be refunded what I had paid to them. He refused to do that. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Move was scheduled on short notice and Still was very accommodating. Packed entire household in truck on Saturday. Unloaded into nearby storage on following Monday. Price was very reasonable and only one item was damaged.

Came as scheduled, prompt, clean, polite. Inexperienced crew. Dinged baseboard in a newly painted room because they didn't pick up a piece of furniture correctly to get it out of the door. Instead of putting it down, they sifted their grip while holding the frame and let it wobble. First time I've had any problems with crew. Will ask for experienced crew next time.
