1. House plan fit the lot
2. Construction was well above average and was outstanding on some details
3. Quality of work and employees was very good
4. Some construction was extended beyoin target due to weather
5. Suggestions for special contracting was right on target (i.e. clearing and landscaping the lot
6. Plumbing, electrical, and utilites were well done with no significant ("Well, we should have done that..")
