Everything went great. Explained things when estimate was given and was true to the prices given at time of estimate. The company took care of their workers as well! Made sure they started early so they could be finished for the day before the heat was unbearable. Workers came prepared with ice and water and all the supplies they needed for the job.
The company orders the supplies and has them delivered 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment so when the men arrive at your house they have what is needed to start their jobs. The employees went straight to work both days and did not waste time. Very impressed with the workers and their work ethics and mannerisms.
Would definitely recommend Roofmasters to anyone looking for a new roof or roof repairs.

Roof work went well until the workers dropped shingles bundles on my roof and cracked the ceiling in my house. I told lead worker about the cracked ceiling and he promised to have one of his friends make the proper repairs. I made two different appointments with his friend and he never showed up either time. I was never able to get this problem repaired even tough I had already paid him. He even wanted me to make my check out to him so that he could avoid reporting it as income. This is just a ploy to avoid paying taxes.This company did three other jobs in my neighborhood just by starting on my roof. I should have been treated better.

Roof masters was quick to respond to our request for estimate and provided details of the work to be done. They provided us with locations where they had replaced roofs in the colors we were considering. We did obtain another quote, and though the prices were comparable, we had been pleased with the responsiveness of Roofmasters and selected them to do the job. They scheduled our job quickly, called the day before to again confirm and the team doing the work were here as scheduled. We are pleased with the work and the looks of our new roof.

Roofmasters were excellent. They worked with us, the price was good, they were very good at what they did, and they were very thorough. The crew leader, Jerry, really impressed me the most because he placed the bid, he was very nice, he was very punctual, very thorough, and he would always ask if we saw anything that needs to be corrected to please let him know. Jerry really sold me, I give him props for everything, and he was fantastic. The quality was good and I have no complaints. The price beat everybody. I already send Roofmasters referrals.

Needed to replace my roof. Called these guys for an estimate. Had to leave a message but my call was returned the same day. The next day a young man came to give me an estimate. After several other estimates and the insurance estimate I decided to have this company do the job. They were considerably cheaper than any other estimate. When I called them we were able to discuss the schedule, process for the supplies to be delivered, how many people would be at my home and how long the job would take. I could not have been more pleased with the whole process. These guys are hard working respectful men. Would higher recommend them in the future. Oh and I have a great roof now with no problems.

If you have any concerns about this company, put them aside. Excellent service - would use again in a heartbeat.
I had contacted Roofmasters about an estimate for a roof on my home. They came out within 2 days and provided me with easy to understand documents and a written estimate. I got to pick the type of shingle that I wanted, and talked with the owner about the insurance claim that I was processing. He was very understanding and knowledgeable about the process, and how the payment would occur with them, and subsequently him.
When they arrived at my house (which is somewhat small and a single level) they brought EIGHT employees. I had talked to the estimator about a leak, and a particular area near guttering that I expected some rot. They removed all the old shingles, felt, and nails, and then replaced any bad areas with new plywood. They cleaned out my gutters, and quot;sweptand quot; my lawn (ran the magnet over the grass), carefully installed new flashing around my chimney, put in new gutter hangers in a couple of areas, and installed all new product. Each of the men on site were polite and professional. No foul language, no beer on site etc. I have dogs and a fenced in back yard - any time they had to come through the gates, they were very careful to not let the dogs out! The crew stayed busy, and seemed very efficient- one short break in the morning, a brief lunch break, then a short break mid afternoon. It was all done in one day; the owner arrived at about 5 o'clock, climbed up on the roof himself and inspected the job.
Afterwards, I had a problem with the insurance check (made out to the lienholder bank, me and Roofmasters). The owner met me at my work and signed the check so I could get it deposited. He even offered to delay depositing my check to him.
My experience with them was great - seems like a home town company that wants to provide an excellent product and service.

Nice professional people to work with, Punctual, cleaned up after themselves well, price was competitive with other estimates, no leaks now after over a year since installation. I really don't have any complaints.

RoofMasters responded with an estimate very quickly, scheduled the work soon after we decided to go with them, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They even cleaned out the gutters as part of the service.There was a small glitch with the work permit that delayed work for a day in the middle of the process, but they made sure the roof was stabilized temporarily, resolved the issue quickly, and finished the job the next day. So far, the roof has been just fine, and it looks great. We would definitely use RoofMasters again.

I would highly recommend Roofmasters. Called several roofing companies - Roofmasters had the best price by far. Called one day, came and gave the estimate the next. I decided to use Roofmasters over the other estimates I got. I have about a 3,000 sf house with two high pitched portions to my roof - they finished the work in two days. Not a scrap of old roofing was left lying around (they dump it into a truck as they take it off) Have a supervisor that stays and works with the crew - and the owner calls after the estimator has reviewed the house. Bring roofing samples for you to choose from - I have no complaints at all. After they were done, I found one spot that I wanted corrected (maybe I'm too picky) but they came the very same day and made the change. Very satisfied in all aspects..

The communication is extremely poor prior to their completing the job and worse after they complete the job and been paid.

I believe the above covers most of my experience. We met, he helped me pick out the best color and texture for the roofwhich was outstanding. Mike is well organized, provides technical help and just rates outstanding for the reasonable price.

I saw RoofMasters ratings on Angie's list and called Mykel. The next day I had an estimate that was reasonable out of the 4 estimates I had received from other companies. He was extremely personal on the phone and professional. I made the decision to go with his company and he ordered the supplies, had them delivered to my home and then scheduled the job on a Friday. This was all within a week of me making my decision. He was extremely busy, but was able to work me in.
I was traveling on business when Mykel's team came to do the installation of my roof, which I approved. My neighbors couldn't believe how hard and quickly they removed my old roof and installed the new Owens and Corning Architectual Shingles. They started at 7:30am and where done by 6pm the same day with 9 people working the job. That speaks volumes for this company, their efficiency and quality of work!
I don't recommend not meeting someone before you hire them and this isn't my normal way of doing business, but I had a lot of time constraints on me from my personal business to getting this roofing job done so I could sell this home. However, after speaking with Mykel on the phone a few times I felt confident about my decision to go with him. I still haven't met Mykel, but will in the near future to thank him personally for the excellent craftsmanship and quality of work. When I got up on the roof to inspect his work I was extrememly pleased with every aspect. The flashing around the chiminey was perfect, neat and the color matched my shingles. The clean up on the roof, in the guttering and on the grounds was excellent! Great job team!

Roofmasters replaced the shingles on our house and garage. They were at our house exactly when they said they would and finished the job in the amount of time estimated. We had torrential rain about an hour after they finished. We checked the pipes that go through the roof and found a tiny trickle on one pipe. We called them the next morning and they came that afternoon to reseal all of the pipes even though only one showed a leak. We have since had more heavy rain and haven't seen any leaks. They replaced one piece of old wood that had cracked. Their clean-up was immaculate. We haven't found any nails or pieces of shingles anywhere. We would highly recommend them.

I got the estimate and he said that he would order it. Then I didn't hear anything back for a long time. I kept calling his office to see if I was still on or if I needed to get someone else and I couldn't get a return call. This went on for about a month. Then he called and said that they had it and would come out that day to do it. They did a great job. It was just that I couldn't get any communication back when I was in limbo and wanted to make sure they were still doing it.

Outstanding job, fast and efficient,friendly, helpful, excellent price, beautiful materials, recommended by about five homeowners in my neighborhood. Everyone is happy with their work. Mike is great to work with and understands his business. On-site
