PREMIERE PAINTING

Two jobs were quoted. The first job, painting exterior dental crown molding, was quoted initially and this job was completed 95% to satisfaction in a timely manner. I was told that there was a push to get the job done "so the rent could get paid". I should have seen this as a warning. With confidence that the next job, exterior windows and trim, would be done well, I got a quote and accepted the quote for this work. A week after accepting the quote and giving $1000 for materials, they lightly scraped the windows. I did not hear from James after that. I called, left messages, and text messaged James every Friday from March 31st until June 16th. For the first three weeks there were many reasons given for not getting the work done. At one point I received a text back from an "ex-wife" suggesting health issues.After two weeks, there were no attempts to return communication. After two months of no returned calls or text (the phone always rang before going to voice mail suggesting the phone was charged and receiving calls) I left a message declaring that I wanted the equipment that was left in my bushes removed or I would sell the ladders. The next Monday, June 19, the ladders were removed at 10am. There was no communication that this equipment was going to be removed. They left rusty paint cans, brushes and cleaners in a toxic slurry in the bushes. I wanted to trust James. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication, I will never hire or suggest Premiere Painting in the Tricities area.
