I arrived at Nards and was helped right away. I was asked about my problem and after telling about the issues I was having,was told it would be just a minute. Even though they appeared to be busy,it wasn't long until I had an answer. I wasn't happy with the answer because it is going to cost a little bit more than I would have liked but I believe the estimate was accurate for what is wrong with my car.
The mechanic helped me out with how to use my car until I could find the money to fix it.

I was contacted within 2 hours of dropping off car with estimate. My car was ready 3 hours later.

They have always done a good job for me. It is just a father and son there. I have always been treated well. They always call me before they do anything. Their price is fair for the work that I get there. The quality is good.

Being as we only have two cars and have to work around work schedules, I scheduled an appointment in advance so the parts could be ordered and the work scheduled appropriately. I dropped the car off Sunday night using the key drop on the front of the building. I had scheduled it for pickup by 4:30PM monday. At 3:30 Nard called to inform me the work was complete and the car could be picked up at any time.
All went exactly as expected. I have been using his service for years now and would not go anywhere else.

The work was done precisely as he said it would except in less time. Nard can service all Japanese brand cars.
