Michaels Stores Inc

We called our home warranty company to send someone out to fix our kitchen electrical outlets that were literally falling apart. Michael Pickel came out spouting this line about how he gets paid independently and that we have to pay him and all this stuff b/c he is just a person contracted out and that our typical warranty rates don't apply in this case. Like a fool we trusted him. He did fix our outlets, thank goodness. But we found out a few days later that he charged us (all the while saying he 'cut us a deal' and that he disliked dishonest electricians) and then went home and charged the warranty company the same full price. And to make matters worse, he lied to the warranty company and told them that we paid him money for all these 'additional' services we had him do...which of course, is not true in any way. Now he won't answer our phone calls.
