The house is 3 stories with a 12/12 pitched roof, so access was challenging. There is no longer any evidence of a leak, so repairs were satisfactory. Service was prompt.

They responded quickly and politely, arrived when they said they would and were very professional and did a great job. Their price was good and they did not try to sell me a new roof like others did, I would highly recommend them.

The roof had a leak near the chimney. Unfortunately there was wood rot on the roof deck in the area of the leak. They replaced the rotted wood decking, reworked the shinglers in the area and fixed/replaced the flashing at the chimney. It was not an easy job because that section of the roof was about 30 ft. (or more) above grade and roof was about a 12/12 pitch. They came when they said they would and worked until the job was completed. They did a good job, but I did think the price was high. On the other hand, they were the only roofer I contacted willing to come out and give me a bid, so maybe their prices was appropriate for the work done.

We suffered wind damage and lost a lot of shingles. Chuck was able to come right over and patch and repair. It was still very windy out but he was able to get the work done without any problem. The weather forecast was for rain and snow the next day so this was very much appreciated. He was able to give us photos and a detailed estimate for roof replacement which was satisfactory to to our insurance adjuster.

it went very well. They showed up on time, did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. I got several estimates and theirs was in the ballpark of the others. I went with them because several people, whose opinion I trust, had used them and were very happy with their completed projects. They use good quality materials and they did a professional job of putting them on. I am very satisfied with their work.

McMurray boys were responsive from the start, putting a tarp up to prevent further damage until the job could be done. They showed up right on time and worked well and also kept the area clear and orderly. It was the best experience ever with a roofer.

Tom McMurray came out the day after I called looked it over and developed a plan. Much would depend upon what they found when they removed the old shingles. Ended up with new wood, a heavy, self sealing underlayer and new shingles. All done in one day. They cleaned up well after themselves and now no more leaks.

My roof was in terrible shape. I had just purchased the property and Chuck walked me through everything and explained what had to be done to repair rafters etc. He also gave me a couple of options so that I could choose what was best for my budget. I found him and his team to be very honest and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Of course, I had to wait a couple of weeks to get on his schedule, but he kept me informed of his timing and also came by to put a tarp on my roof until he could get to my job. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Good, warranted until entire roof is replaced ( hopefully many years from now ). Roof was installed in 2003, had a few original shingles but not enough for entire job. McMurray matched the color good.

Considering the extent of repairs needed, it went quite well. Despite the 3 days of noise, we were thrilled with the outcome! His crew was great! They were very friendly, respectful, and actually a delight! Chuck and Wendy made this otherwise painful (financially) experience a little easier to bear! We are sure that we had the best job done for the right price! We would definitely use them again and would totally recommend them to others.

Work was excellent. I knew existing roof was leaking and that sheeting was original to my 40 year old house and also knew there were weak spots in the roof. Every other contractor just wanted to leave existing shingles and roof as is and put new roof on top. I chose McMurray Boy's because they were the only contractor that was willing to take off old shingles and fix weak spots; in fact, said they couldn't do job without doing it that way. They showed up on time on specified day, cleaned up as they went, and finished the job in one day. Overall I am extremely pleased with their work and the outcome. They did a professional, quality job.

Chuck & Wendy were friendly & explained what the process would be. They called us & told us when they could start & they were there on that day & time.

Chuck, his wife and crew make a great team. Everyone is courteous and respectful. You don't feel like you need to stand there and watch what they are doing. They work fast and are always cleaning up. Chuck kept us informed at every step of the process and made sure we understood how the project was going. When a issues were identified (rotted boards), he presented the problem and options, careful to explain the consequences of each. When he was finished, the crew did an an excellent job of cleaning up, sweeping for nails, and making sure the place looked like they were never there, except for the great looking new roof.
