The Leinbach services employees were very professional and punctual. They arrived and gave me an estimate of 700-800 dollars after looking at the work required. On the day of service, they arrived punctually and got most of the work done. Some return trips were required to sand and finish the plaster. The quality of the work done was very high and would recommend them for this type of work on a quality basis. My only concern was the work was completed at nearly twice the cost given in the estimate. I decided I would paint the plastered areas myself as I could not afford to be even more over the estimate. My recommendation for improvement would be to provide a more realistic estimate to help customer better budget for the work. Other than this, the work was done well without any issues.

"We would like to apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that may have occurred from the time of the estimate to when the project was completed. In going back over our records for this project that was completed at the end of October 2013, we were unable to retrieve all the necessary information to review how the discrepancy of the cost came about. Since then, we have implemented an improved documentation system as well as better communications and accuracy monitored by our in-office estimator who oversees estimates performed by our technicians. We highly recommend using this company. The employees are knowledgeable and very professional. They are very responsive and were able to quickly answer quickly to all questions. They have performed follow up activities to make sure we are satisfied.

The service was very professional and friendly. They went and picked up the door after looking at the job. Unfortunately because they picked up the door from Lowes they placed a mark up on it. My fault, I should have just got pricing on labor instead of materials too. The job was well done although the exterior did have gaps (from the original building) they I wished would have been addressed. It rained later it the day so the internal wood frame of the door was soaked. After it dries I will have to fix the gaps before we have the outside door frame covered.
I was well pleased with the work and the staff. The services is quite pricey. I would use again but will get quotes instead of issuing the job next time.

For some reason they brought out a man lift to do the procedure rather than use a ladder, like the man who installed the dryer vent. It was a complicated process but the job did get done. They were expensive. They were over the estimate.

Called the company in the morning. They are located about 45 minutes away. They dispatched someone and they were there within 2 hours. The only information I could provide was that the well pump was no longer activating and that I had replaced the circuit breaker and that had not resolved the issue. The technician rechecked the circuit breaker, the electrical connections at the pump head, and the electrical connections around the pressure gauge and pressure switch. He determined it was the pressure switch. He checked, but did not have one with him. He went back to Johnson City (45 minutes each way), got the correct part, and returned the same day and finished the repair. He tested the repair in multiple ways verifying the switch and the pump were functioning correctly. The electrician explained what he was doing at each step of the process and made sure I completely understood what was going on.
