Immaculate Services

I needed the trim/moulding, doorways, and interior doors painted in my dining room, kitchen, hallway, bathroom. I was quoted $300, which I thought a bit high but I was willing to pay, as I was assuming I would receive a professional paint job. Only one person showed up to paint and he arrived one hour late. Over 1/3 of what was supposed to be painted was not painted. The person painting left the job unfinished and did not even notify my son (who was present) so that a walk-through could be done to inspect and sign-off on the work. The work in the bathroom was to paint over a blue wall using white paint, which the company owner admitted would take at least 2 coats, yet the job was done with only one coat and the blue was still clearly visible. Only one side of all 5 doors was done. Apparently, when you ask to have a door painted by Immaculate Services you need to specify that BOTH sides need to be painted. I had to call them and complain about the mess they made of the job. They did send the same person back out the same day to complete the job but it was obvious the painter had little interest in actually doing the work. Now I have to spend MORE money and my own time to do the job myself. This is NOT why I hired what I thought was a professional. I would never trust this company again with job of any kind. I was thoroughly disappointed by their lack of professionalism and craftsmanship.

Absolutely terrible.  The grass did not come up. One of the slab walkways had to be totally redone by another person.  The
metal rain diverter on my roof had to be redone by another person.  The screen work had to be redone by another person. That cost me more than if Immaculate Services had not done the work in the first place.  Loren Goodman the owner is a flim flam man.  He quotes good prices and then changes them when the work is done.  What he passes off as skilled craftsman are anything but.  Mowed yard did not look all that great, person using now is much better.
