Appointment made and kept us on time. Did complete 30K inspection. Very thorough and well done by mechanics. The same guys have worked at this location for years and they do very good work. Very clean environment.

They were very helpful. UI am always nervous about taking the vehicle in for standard checkups because they often try to upsell you. The Bachman people did not do that and even fixed an outstanding recall that we had not addressed.

Appointment time met promptly. Service person explained what was done in a professional way. explained the next service would be more intense and more expensive. Good information for budget planning. work completed in a very timely way.

I have been going here for a little over a year. I have been in there a couple of times. They are efficient. I think they provided a fair value for what we had done. I did not get the impression they were looking for things to fix. They pointed out a few things to look for in the future. They were not high pressure. They were quick, they were responsive and did what they said they were going to do. It was done on time for the price they said. They do not have to give us a written estimate in Tennessee unless it is a certain amount. You give your keys and hope for the best. These guys tell you what they are going to do and what you are going to get and the price you can expect. Since I had a couple good dealings with them I have faith in them and I go back. Everything was excellent and I would use them again.
