Tim put in a catch box on the side of the garage that was collecting water from run-off from apartments up the street and dug a trench for the pipe to carry the water back behind the garage.  This prevented major cement work that would have been the only other alternative.  So far, has worked great.  There was major wood damage under the new wood that was laid for a new roof that had never been taken care of on the front and back of the garage. and he took all of that out and put on new wood and siding.  Also replaced the old board paneling on the top sides of the garage with siding.  I had water coming in between a storm door and the inside door when raining and water on the other side of the house coming in at some time leaving the paneling damp.  He tracked both of those problems down, fixed them and put up new guttering, rerouting it to further insure that problems wouldn't occur in the future.  The storage shed housed the hot water heater and the safety valve popped when I was out of town.  It was a sauna in there and everything was damaged.  They did a good job cleaning it out.
Everyone that came to the house to work was just great.  Friendly and knowledgeable. 
Actually did more than was required of them-little things that they saw as they they were working that didn't take much but just made things look better. 
I can't honestly put a rating on the cost of the work as he was the only one I had come out and look at it.  The same with punctuality as he was at his max with work and was kind enough to work me in when he could.  However, I can say that I was very satisfied with everything.

OUTSTANDING WORK!  EACH SKILLED TRADE ARRIVED ON DAY SCHEDULED.  HIS CREW WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP AT END OF DAY.  TYLER , HIS RIGHT HAND MAN PERFORMED OUT STANDING JOB.  SEVERAL ITEMS NEEDED ADJUSTMENTS WHEN JOBS WERE FINISHED. JUST CALLED TIM.   HE SENT WORKMAN TO FIX THE PROBLEM.  EVEN 2 OR 3 MONTHS AFTER JOB COMPLETED.  WOULD RECOMMEND TIM AND HIS STAFF FOR ANY JOB  INVOLVING REMODELING OR HOME BUILDING.
TIM PERFORMED AND IS PERFORMING WORKS OF CHARITY IN THIS AREA.  FEEL VERY LUCKY  MY
NEIGHBOR RECOMMENDED HIM.  THE WORK  SHOWS HIGH LEVEL OF SKILL PUT IN TO IT.  VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB WHICH SHOWS.
I THINK IF YOUR BATHS ARE  REPLACED THEN THE SAME COMPANY  IS CONTACTED TO REMODEL THE KITCHEN TO THE SAME EXTENT,  SATISFACTION IS DISPLAYED .  AFTER KITCHEN COMPLETED TIM REMAINS FIRST PERSON I WILL CALL IN THE FUTURE FOR HELP.  I CERTAINLY CAN NOT SAY THIS ABOUT ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS WORKED FOR ME.
