+ -1 moreThey are very knowledgeable about various products available and they helped us decide what unit to go with. The motor burned out, which was under warranty and they replaced it very promptly. This was not their fault, it was a manufacturing defect.
Description of Work: We hired them for a sizable job. They installed a new heating and air-conditioning system for our home.
