Egan's PC Service offers warranty service and repairs for most major computer brands. Our center has been serving the greater Tri Cities area since 2008, Licensed in Virgina and Tennessee. Our certified technicians can diagnose and solve almost any computer problem. The date that I took the computer to him was October 14th, 2014 and left it there, telling Mr. Egan that there was no rush needed. Mr Egan called me as he progressed with the work and asked me questions, besides suggesting different things.
It was mutually agreed that he would erase my hard drive and re-format it, and re-install Windows Home Premium 7. As at the time of purchase of my laptop from HP the OS was already installed, and not discs were included.
Mr. Egan said that if I wanted, he'd order the discs from HP and gave me the price including shipping , which was the cost that he'd charge me.
When I picked up the laptop on October 21, 2014, Vance Egan explained to me all that he had done, and answered any questions that I had. He had backed up the files that I had and reinstalled them, and when I got home, I reinstalled all of my programs.
Since the service, my laptop has operated better and faster than when it was new. I highly recommend Egan's PC Service to everyone.
The service is available to individuals, and commercial businesses. New PC sales are also part of the business, and Vance Egan is a CompTIA A+ certivied IT Technician. Service is available at his business location, and on site of the computer location.
