We have had pest control service for the past 15 years. Duane is a wonderful technician, he's very professional, polite, and courteous. He always does a thorough job and communicates very well with us!

I live in an older home. When I first purchased it, there were a lot of spiders. I started having Dodson come out and I have had no further problems with spiders, or any other pest. They come out every other month and service inside and outside and I pay them each time they come. The technician always calls me the night before and when they say they are going to be there, they are there. They are very professional.

The pest control technicians are thorough and friendly. They're trustworthy.

They seem to be very corporative to work with me since I have a phobia of mice. They extra special hard to make sure I have a glue trap. They walk in my door with glue traps and I don't care what time of year it is. I am petrified, my brain and my head don't work together, I know they cant hurt me but I just almost cant breathe if I know there is a mouse. They seem to be concerned about me and my phobia. I made that plain to them when I took out the contract and they will come back anytime. I actually use them on my rental property too. The glue traps are handles it almost instantly and they catch those little boogers instantly. They do the outside and inside. I like the friendliness of the people who have serviced me and its not just one person. They had like three that come to mind that I have dealt with. Some retired, some moved to another job but they are considerate of our dog. they service me monthly. One month here and then one month at the other property. Bi- monthly at the rental property is $55.00 for two months but because I am an old customer and have been with them so long I pay $45.00 for my property here. I am sure that is not offered to everyone and I am sure its $55.00. We have checked all over town. They call a head and the come on time.

I have used Dodson Pest Control for a year now. I like my pest guy - Gene - a lot. He always calls the day before he comes and is polite and professional. My only criticism would be the frequency with which the say they need to come out. I feel that every-other-month is a bit much (and adds up).

They come every month. I think I pay around $350 for the year. I would continue to use them in the future.
