David was helpful and knowledgeable about product. Where he loses ground is his installers. They were disorganized and not very professional. The second day they asked if they could come very early. I said they could come at 7am. It was almost 9 when they arrived. Supposedly they share a van and one of the guys just didn't get up on time. It's quite rude and while my carpet is nice, I can get nice carpet a lot of places. Mr Caperton needs better people.

David was very helpful in helping us decide on the flooring we wanted. He was very pleasant to work with. His installers did a professional getting the The floor tiles were laid (on Saturday) and they did the grouting the next day. The floor looks great.

The reason we went with them is because we needed it done in a timely fashion, we had only a certain amount of days to get it done and we needed somebody that could get it done in the days we needed done and they said that since they had a team that can work on it and they can get it done in the amount of days we had and once they got here they tried to tell me that couldn't do it in that amount of time and that it's going take longer and I had to completely throw a fit with the owner and telling me that you agreed that you could get it done in this amount of time and then they said okay well we can get it done but at first they said it's going to take them like a week and a half when they first got here even though he had promised me that it would only take them one week and they ordered some of the floor and it never came and I had to actually buy flooring, part of the flooring somewhere else because their suppliers supposedly never sent it.

On this particular project, Dave Caperton at Deel's worked with us and our insurance company to replace water-damaged kitchen flooring, including trim and molding.  Dave provided all required documentation to the insurance company on a timely basis.  The Deel's mechanics assigned to the project were very competent and professional and did a great job.  We have been very happy with the results of this project.  We have also used Deel;s for several other projects, including replacing carpeting in several rooms of our house, installing hardwood floors in our dining and living rooms, and installing countertops in our kitchen.  All of the projects were completed within the agreed-upon timeframes and budgets, and we were very satisfied with the results of all of those projects.

The owner David Caperton was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and professional during our entire experience from beginning to end. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional as well. We are very pleased with the entire process and absolutely love the new floor in our kitchen.

The sample they brought over was not the flooring that they put down. It was different and my wife hates it. We had a water leak and we had to replace the floor. Now the flooring is bubbling up. The floor was not trimmed correctly either. We have called the office and the workers and we still have not got them to come back out and fix our floor. We paid them $3000.00 and at this point the money has been wasted.

Dave, the owner was so very helpful picking out the flooring, counter and backsplash to work with our older cabinets. We went to the showroom many times and he helped us look through several different combinations over and over again. He was very patient and was respectful of the style that we wanted and worked with us. This went on for several months and he was as pleasant on the last day as he was on the first day we met him. He has such a vast selection of flooring/tile etc it would have been impossible for us to have picked out what we wanted without his help. He let us bring home samples , which we kept way too long.
Dean was in charge of our installation and was great to work with and did a wonderful job. Our contractor was to install a new kitchen sink, Dave's crew offered to install the sink so they went above and beyond in offering to do this. During installation they found some unexpected damage had occurred to the floor under the toilet. Damage was repaired really well.
Bottom line: everyone was very professional, the job went smoothly, the things Dave helped us pick out looks really great, I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone.

This is a project that I had wanted to do for more than a year, but I hadn't found the right contractor until I was referred to Deel Floorcoverings. Dave, the owner, educated me on the best options given the type of subfloor in my house, the look I wanted, my budget, and the fact that I have 2 cats. By the time I made my final product selections, I felt confident that I was making the right choices.
The installation was completed in 1 week, and the installers worked with me to make everything go smoothly. Danny, the lead installer, was very attentive to detail and ensured that his assistants did everything right. They were all friendly and courteous, and they did a great job. My floors look absolutely beautiful!
I would recommend Deel Floorcoverings to anyone and I feel confident that their experience would be as good as mine was!
