Controlled Air came to the house and determined we had a cracked sewer pipe. I was told that he could not do the yard work, but that he could do the concrete work on the driveway and walk way. I discussed with him where the concrete on the driveway needed to be replaced. That it needed to be to a joint on the section he was replacing. I was assured that would not be a problem. I had to leave town. He said he would make sure my 83 year old mother (her home) was happy with the work and that he would email me a video/photo's of the job. No photo's or video sent. When I returned to TN, I saw that he did not finish the driveway as promised. My mother complained and they tried to tidy up, but did little. I called Controlled Air and complained, Dan O'Leary came out when he knew I was not there and looked at it. I asked that Mom be reimbursed for the driveway work and was denied. I had to replace Mom's driveway and will never recommend this company. Took advantage of my elderly mother.
