He didn't charge me for that. I will have to call him in a few days and see what he wants me to do. He's very good and that's why I use him. He's all excellent.

My heat pump quit working. Keith came out once to troubleshoot and determined it was caused by a short in a circuit board. He ordered it and when it arrived he came out immediately to install it. Once installed the problem was not corrected. He continued to troubleshoot until he determined it was a short in the wire from the thermostat to the indoor air handler. He installed a new wire and re-located the thermostat. He spent a lot of hours with this problem. I expected to pay for the circuit board and for a lot of troubleshooting time. He did not charge for a lot of time or the circuit board. Keith Thomas displayed the kind of diligence and stewardship one expects from an evangelical Christian.
