Wayne Collins came out within 3 hours of the time I called him. He pumped the tank (it was full) and discovered that I had a broken main water line between the septic tank and my house. He doesn't replace water lines, but he offered to give me the name of a business that he uses. Very responsive, reasonably priced, I would definitely use Collins Septic Tank Service again.
