Blue Ridge has been in the real estate business since 1970, and the company has developed from a primarily residential home resale business to a full service real estate brokerage. We handle residential new homes and resale, vacant lots and land, commercial and development property, investment properties, farms, residential leasing and property management, and commercial leasing and property management. Also, we have successfully handled corporate relocation properties and incoming transferees for many years. We have over 60 professional agents and a large support staff, including a Relocation Director.
