MY appointment was at 2pm and after playing phone tag we spoke and I was informed they were finishing a job in Kingsport on Rock Springs Rd. When I arrived home they were waiting for me in my driveway. They came in and started working right away. I thought they were going to put some dye tablets in the toilet but they did not. After they finish their work they told me everything looked good. the pipes, water tank and water pressure.
I was please that the cost was affordable for me and that I did not need any repairs. Overall I was Very please and will used again if the need arises.
Called and got a dig number, rented a backhoe, dug a hole about six feet deep, repaired the line, back filled the hole, leveled the dirt in lawn, cleaned up mess, all very professional. Did this at a great price. Will recommend Steve to all my friends.
