Very pleased. Clocks keep good time and work fine.

Specifically agreed to maximum cost of work. Agreed to a specific time scale. Agreed to advise if delayed or contemplating any additions or changes to work. Nevertheless, he attempted to send clock to third party, at a cost of some 6 times the agreed upon amount. Did not advise of intention to do so, did not accurately tell me arrangements with third party. I had to resolve the issue by direct contact with third party where I was able to cancel the work and have the clock returned directly to me unrepaired, but with shipping costs billed to Mr. Millard. Mr. Millard heatedly objected to this, wanted to have clock returned to him, but I was able to prevail over his objections.
