I called Air Works this morning at 9am. (when they opened) A man took my name and # and said, "We'll get to you today but I'll have to call you back." Took my name & #. (I called a couple of others but 3 couldn't even come out to check it for 2 days) Imagine my surprise when Air Works called me back, was at my house before 11am, put in a new motor, and had everything working beautifully before 3pm. He was professional, price was excellent and definitly in line with other estimated(maybe even a little less expensive). He was clean, worked without a lot of distractions, and was very pleasant to deal with. We'll use him for all of our future needs with our HVAC. Thank you Mr Frazier!
