Accurate Plumbing

They trashed my yard and promised me things they did not follow through on. They assured me they would move a pile of material to do the work and then would move it back immediately. However, they lifted and literally threw it into the middle of my driveway and did not put them back. They asked if they could just leave it, and I had to ask them to put it back. They were very sloppy with everything they did. They didn?t do a pressure check on the water line, which made my water heater explode. My water bill was four times what it should have been. They never put a pressure valve on it, and left the water at three times the pressure it should have been. They did not make any attempts to resolve the situation or to make it right. They destroyed my garden. They did not use the proper equipment for the job. They should have used a ditch witch and instead used a backhoe. They promised me everything to get my business and did not deliver at all. They were supposed to come back and straighten out my yard, but I had lost all confidence in their work and did not want them anywhere near my home. Although their pricing was good, I got what I paid for. They were here for less than half a day, and the work was not done to my satisfaction. They did not want to straighten up their mess, and there was nothing professional about them. I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them.
