I had to keep calling them in order to get an appointment. They tend to ignore you until they decide to return your call (2 weeks?). But, I guess they decided that if they are 1 of the few businesses in the are they can treat customers badly!

Very prompt and professional. Worked with my schedule so that I could be present during the survey. At the end, they walked the property boundaries with me to insure I knew the location of the stakes.

They were told to wait to do the survey until I was home but they did not call me and did it while I was not home... I had to go to their business to get my paperwork.

They came out as quickly as they could due to the weather. I also appreciated that they worked with the zoning office to make sure that the documents met all specifications before I went in to file them which took a big weight off my mind. The new lines were drawn as close to how I requested them as was possible and I am very happy with them.

As best I can tell there was no Plat book update that the survey had been done.

"A property survey identifies the property corners based on the legal description. The record plat if requested is an additional charge and is to be recorded by the property owner."

Just make sure they give you some type of paper work and a record of you paying them. They did not give me any type of paper work showing we played them or of the survey.
