Rodney Farmer

Rodney's work was expensive.  His method it to figure out what the price of materials will be and then charge for materials first and then labor after the work is done.  He never provides an itemized receipt so you never know exactly what you're paying for.  You can't tell if its good quality product or if he just bought the cheapest materials he could find. 

We found out that the roof he installed was a material used for commercial buildings, not a house.  We also asked for snow guards, which we paid for, but he still has not installed them.  Until he installs the snow guards the job is not complete.

Rodney also told us the roof was Energy Star, but we never got the certificate.

We wanted to get laminate flooring and looked at some at a store.  Rodney brought some samples to us as well, and we chose one of the ones he brought.  He laid the laminate flooring over our concrete floor and we later learned that he should have laid padding first.

Rodney didn't do good work in many areas including the door frames and painting.  He even put our new locks on upside down.  In some things Rodney did good work but I feel like he got cheap materials and charged us for more expensive ones.  He hoodwinked us.
