He did a fantastic job.  He didn't have to go get the part but he did.  I highly recommend him.

Mr. Pugh was able to squeeze us in around some other appointments.  He evaluated the problem (water was leaking from our refrigerator so we had to turn the water line off to it), gave us two different options for resolving it, and fixed it all in a very reasonable amount of time.  He was extremely honest about the pros and cons of fixing things each way, and about the cost as well.  I would definitely use him again in the future - he knows what he is talking about, and doesn't give you the run around.

Mr. Pugh gave me the details on the repair, then suggested that because of the cost of the repair and the age of the unit, a new oven would be a better value. We will probably save up for a new oven, but would call Mr. Pugh if we decided to repair the old one.

I called Mr. Pugh and asked if he would check out my dishwasher.  He came the same day and checked it out.  He told me it would cost more in parts to fix it than to buy a new one.  I chose not to have it repaired.  He also checked out my garbage disposal and repaired it on the same visit.  I was very pleased with his honesty, professionalism,  and work.

I got the part the next day and he did a good job. It worked out very well.

I called Mr. Pugh after finding him on Angie's list.  He came within 45 min. He serviced my Refrigerator which had stopped cooling completely.. I am a nurse and I work 12 hr shifts so my availability for service calls is limited.  What a relief too!  I thought I would be replacing my refrigerator and instead paid for a part that was under $40.  He was ethical and so trustworthy in my initial contact with him that I did something unheard of.  I had to leave for a class and left him to do the repair.  I was not disappointed.

Fine.  Not much to the repair so I can't really evaluate this contractor very well.

He showed up right on time, and he fixed my dryer super fast. He did an excellent job, and I will definitely use him in the future!!!!! Super nice guy, and he did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!! Highly recommend this Company to all!!!!!!!!

Mr Pugh came out on very short notice and was able to repair the washer in less than an hour. Very professional and honest. I would definitely call him again for repairs..

The owner (Brock) came out on a very short notice today. My husband was very impressed with Mr. Pugh's quality of work, expertise, and overall customer service. I couldn't ask for more, he easily could have overcharged us on short notice, however he DID NOT and we could not be happier with the outcome. Friendly, and down to earth. I would recommend to anybody.

The repairman was extremely knowledgable and showed us how to correct the problem we were having with our dishwasher. He told us how to fix the problem ourselves instead of writing a large bill (we were afraid we might have to replace the dishwasher completely). We were extremely satisfied with his service.

Friendly and personable gentleman, work done was very thorough and at a reasonable price.

Called Mr.Pugh on  a Friday morning about problem with gas range.  He was here in less than an hour, checked the range and gave a estimate of repairs.  Do to cost of repairs, recommended buying a new one.  I told him I would call him the next Monday.   I called him on Monday and told him we were going to repair.  He said at that time he was on a job and didn't have anything to write with.  He call back and get model number of range to order parts.  It's been over and week and I haven't heard from him.

Very prompt. Did exactly what he said he would do. I'd definitely use him again.

The burner quit working.  Called Mr Pugh, he came the next day.  He took the stove apart, and checked the part that would need to be replaced, and gave an approximate cost.  He let us decide what to do, as it was a HIGH dollar part.  We decided to wait, and replace the stove at a later date. Friendly, answered our questions...good job, we'll use him again.

Mr. Pugh is a very thorough repairman of appliances .  Lots of experience. 
If he doesn't work on something, he doesn't waste my time with trying, he just says that I need to get someone else.  He is quick getting here and quick with his repairs.  He knows his worth and is not the least expensive, but he has never charged more than he said he was going to charge.

They have very good service.  He said that if he couldn't fix it, we wouldn't pay.  He did a great job.

Mr. Pugh arrived promptly (actually 2 hours earlier than scheduled) which I appreciated because I had food spoiling in the fridge by the second! He quickly diagnosed the problem and reset the fridge. He advised to purchase a new refrigerator sometime in the future. What he did was a temporary fix. Highly recommend Mr.Pugh. Very professional, very knowledgable, and very prompt.

The overall job went well. Mr. Pugh said that he would arrive at 9:30 am, and he arrived exactly on time. He said up front that there would be a minimum labor charge ($60). Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem, went to purchase the parts, kept and presented the receipts, and did a great job in a short period of time. Although the total price of $150 seemed a little high, the work was done well.
