Mower quit "pulling" and wouldn't move. I contacted Warranty one and explained the problem. They told me to bring it in which I did.
They unloaded the mower promptly and questioned me about the symptoms.
They told me it would be about a week maybe more. They called in about a week and explained the problem and that it was repaired.
I went to pick the mower up and they loaded it right away. They had even cleaned the mower.
Good service, good price, I will definitely take any repairs back to them.
