We were satisfied with the buying experience, even though, the salesman promised us a back cover and never delivered it. I was promised a car wash after we had taken the car back three times for the same problem and the car was not cleaned. Nevertheless, they were nice about everything. Again, we will not buy another Subaru but it has nothing to do with the dealership. They were nice, friendly, and courteous.

I was able to schedule a service appointment on 1/3/13 for service on 1/4. Service department was very efficient, completed the work requested in a timely manner, reviewed work done and recommended future maintenance needs. Also visited the parts department to compare prices for additional items (i.e. wiper blade refills) - received a very competitive price compared to auto parts stores. I have used Wallace Imports Service in the past and due to their excellent service, will continue to do so.

This is the 2nd car purchased from this dealership. I looked at their on line inventory and saw the car. I telephoned the sales office a couple of days later. I have dealt with this dealership for approximately 11 years and was confident in their business practices. I went to the dealership after work on a Thursday and made the deal picking up the car after work on Friday because it was more convenient to me. Even though this is my 4th Subaru Outback, the salesman took the extra time to show me exactly what had changed and how it had changed. It was raining that night and he had even pulled my new car into the show room so it would be clean and easier to go over the changes...Excellent sales experience.

Stopped by the dealership for what I thought would be a quick oil change and tire rotation, it ended up taking them an hour and twenty minutes to complete these basic tasks (even though I had scheduled an appointment). Next time I'll just go to Jiffy Lube. I had a similar experience a couple months earlier with a recall that they said would take an hour (ended up taking two). Friends of mine who also have a Subaru drive all the way to Asheville to have theirs serviced, I now understand why.
