Told them that I was having a lot of sensitivity on one tooth. I was told that there was a cavity in the tooth and that they had been and quot;watching itand quot;. Since I have been going there since 2008 when I moved to this area but this was the first I had every heard of there being a cavity or that they were watching anything. I needed a filling and during the filling comment was made that it was almost too big, meaning it was almost time for a root canal. Also, never have received any detailed billing at the time of service or anything more than to schedule my next appointment. I would have to wait until I received EOB from insurance to see just what had been billed.

I called UDA and asked them to work me in ASAP for just a cleaning (no x-rays, flouride, etc. since I intended to return to my regular dentist later). They were able to work me in within a couple of days and did a great job at a fair price. They understood my situation and didn't pressure me for extra services. Got me in and out when I needed it. Good place.

The Dentists there are nice and make you feel comfortable. They are reasonable in price as well

I like everything about him, he's got a partner, I have no problems. He is reasonably priced and they have a good billing system.

I had a cavity that was previously identified by x-rays. An appointment was scheduled with Dr. Langenbrunner at his next available date. I have moderate anxiety when going to the dentist for any procedure. He was understanding and accommodating. He did not keep me in the dental chair any longer than necessary. He was gentle during the procedure and calmed my fears.

University Dental Associates has always been real good about being flexible with scheduling and making sure I could get in when I needed to and when I could. The staff are always real friendly and helped me out with billing because I was a student. Their communication and effectiveness of treatment are excellent.

He is very patient and modest. He is conservative with his treatment and starts with what I am comfortable with.  He is a good guy and does a lot of work with the community.

They are honest and give an honest estimate. They do good work and I never had to go back for any problems. They are very conveniently located as it is right down by the university.

University Dental has a very smooth running, busy office. Everything is very organized. The front desk staff are friendly and easy to talk with. They give you a reminder call the day before. The dental hygienists and the other technicians know their jobs perfectly. There are several dentists. I've had experiences with them all, and have been very pleased with all their work. They are very up front about what needs to be done, what is most important, what can wait until next time or even next year, what has to be done right now. I trust them with my dental care.

They explain everything that needs to be done and can pretty much do most dental work..The staff is professional and caring. I am glad I found them.

They have been great. I have no plans to change.  They are very informative and knowledgeable. They do what they need to do. They do not try to overwork you to run the bill up.

He's a full service dentist. He has dental hygienists that do the teeth cleaning and then he comes in to check and talk.  I no longer have dental insurance and Dr. Seaver's billing clerk has worked with me anytime I need it. 

I like everything about them. He is very smart, to the point, and comes in and does his job. We have never had to come back in after a service from him. He is very good at putting caps on teeth. If you have an emergency they will have you come rite in with no waiting.

After no phone calls informing me of a cancellation between February and May (with significant tooth pain), I received a call asking to reschedule the July root canal. I requested something sooner--was told to come same day. Dentist rushed in late, wearing street clothes, no gloves, agreed to try filling rather than root canal. I experienced a very uncomfortable reaction to lidocaine injection--sneezed for 8 hours, cold/allergy symptoms for three days. Was told by dentist that this was impossible, even though I found much anecdotal evidence online for similar reactions. Dentist seems competent, but scheduling was random and protracted, especially for a root canal, and condescension and disregard of uncomfortable reaction by dentist was unforgivable (in my book).
