Tri-City Air has been serving the Tri-Cities region since 1969. We are committed to quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction. We stand behind our work 100%. We have thirty trained professionals on staff. Our team members have all passed background investigations, drug screens and have clean driving records. They take great pride and care in the work they do and go the extra mile to protect your home and belongings. Tri-City Air is fully licensed and insured. Our organization has four departments - Installation, Service, Administration and Sales. Each department has a Team Leader. Our Team Leaders meet on a regular basis to ensure Tri-City Air provides premier customer service. Each department holds regular training sessions so that we remain up to date with the ever changing technology.

Great service from everyone we spoke to and saw. Adam and Dylan were here mostly and did a fantastic job with the installation of our furnace, very efficient and got the job done! Highly recommend!

Mechanics were very professional and experienced. Job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Mechanics were courteous and patient in answering all my questions. Overall a pleasant experience.

Technician arrived on time. Well mannered. Heat pump had been struggling during warm days. Technician inspected outside and inside units. Added refrigerant, advised there could be a leak as unit is 22 years old. Not cheap but if it holds up it will be worth it. When time comes that the unit has to be replaced I will definitely consider T.C. Air Conditioning as the installer.

The technician was very professional, courteous and efficient. He found the problem, corrected it and got our unit working again. He was very good at explaining the problem and what needed to be done to correct it.

Excellent job! The technicians were courteous and did a clean, thorough, and neat job installing a new AC unit. They answered all of my questions, consulted me when my opinion was needed, and thoroughly tested the installation when the job was completed. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been a customer of Tri City Air for a few years now. I never fail to be blown away by their impeccable customer service. Saturday the hotest day of the year so far, the capacitor on my cenral AC unit blew. I called the answering service, the tech called back within 10 min and was here in less than 30 minutes. He performed a temporary fix that kept the house nice and cool all weekend and returned today with the part needed for the final repair. The office had called me to tell me they had the part and he was on his way...he beat me to my house and had completed the repair when I pulled in the drive. The tech, Jeremy was great and even stopped to pet the dog! Since the part was under warranty there was no charge. I can't imagine a better experience or outcome!

This team knows what its doing from the honest, straight-forward owner to his telephone support, everything was again very professional and a great overall customer experience. Technician, Angela, was on-time, courteous, even friendly and took the time to explain to me each of the steps she would need to follow during the 3 hour repair session. I worried about her lifting heavy coils up and down stairs and out to her truck but she was definitely capable and did so without issues. I've used other local HVAC repair companies in the area over the years, this one is far and away the best. Appreciated also that the final charge for services was just a little below the estimated cost previously quoted.
