Tire Barn Warehouse

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They lied to you and deceive you with rules that do not exist. I got ripped off big time! I purchased $500 worth of new tires for my car and when I got a nail in one of them I returned it to the business to get another tire under the road hazard warranty that I was sold only to be told that I didn’t have the road hazard warranty after the fact that they told my husband I did. Then when we called them on it then they claimed that I didn’t rotate my tires with their company so therefore I couldn’t get the tire replaced. I did get my tires rotated with Sears when I got my oil change and alignment done Which I have the paperwork to prove.But they do not care. The rule about rotating your tires does not even exist as on the back of my receipt it shows all the rules and there is no such rule there. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY’s DECEITFUL WAYS TO HAVE TO KEEP FROM REPLACING A TIRE UNDER ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY!

It was a Saturday. One of my wife's car's tires went bad the night before. Put on the spare. Didn't like the look of any of the other 3 tires on her car, Decided to replace them all. Saturday morning I phoned 2 or 3 other tire places (Hayworth's, Miller's, etc) and got no answer, at all. Then phoned Tire Barn Warehouse, which also has a good rating on Angie's List. Tire Barn Warehouse answered the phone. Answering the phone really made them stand out against their competitors.
Found the place on Bristol Highway more or less across the street from Pal's burger stand.
They showed me the choices, sold me the tires, did a wheel alignment, no problem.
There were a couple of things I did not like about Tire Barn Warehouse. It's probably kind of picky, nothing about what the tires they sell, although maybe it has to do with their philosophy of doing business. There is a TV in the waiting area that continuously plays Informercials about new age mops and steak cookers and the like. I don't know how much they make from this but I don't think it's worth the irritation it gives their customers.
The other thing I didn't like is the Tire Barn Warehouse has a Coca Cola machine that says it will gladly take your credit card and sell you a drink but NOWHERE ON THE MACHINE DOES IT SAY WHAT THE DRINK WILL COST. This is the same as a sign saying and quot;We're not telling you because we're overcharging.and quot; Not a good way to do business. They could tape a little sign on it saying the cost of the drinks. It would make their business look more honest. By the way, none of their tires in the showroom have prices on them.... Makes you wonder. I don't mind people making a profit for a well run business that does what it says it will do. I don't like feeling I'm not being told something important, or being told things that aren't important.

It went very well. They helped me search my options and made the purchase easy and fast. The tires had to be ordered and they were in promptly and the staff installed them quickly and had me on my way.

They have a courteous professional manner about themselves as they give the approximate time to wait. the atmosphere is comfortable and clean for a tire business. They pulled my vehicle in the shelter, provided the service needed and pulled the vehicle near the front door for me. I highly recommend Tire Barn for any tire purchase or service.y

This is the third set of tires I have purchased from the Tire Barn. I checked several other places in the area this time for a price comparison and they had the best overall deal. For a lower price than the others I got mounting, balancing, road hazard, valve stems, rotation for life and nitrogen fill. The staff is very professional. They even have free wi-fi while you wait.
