They did a really nice job and the prices were reasonable. Terry came out, supervised and checked on his workers to make sure the services were being performed properly. Everything turned out great.

The location of each tree was carefully marked with paint. The laborers were dropped off and the supervisor disappeared. The laborers would dig a hole where the painted markers were located and tossed the painted dirt all around. When it came time to plant the next tree, they were planting trees all over yard where they had thrown the dirt from the previous tree. After we watched this happen several times, I intervened and attempted to show them what the plan was but they pretty much ignored me. Then they started removing grass from our yard. we were so appalled at what they were doing, I intervened again and one of the laborers started getting very aggressive toward me. I called the salesman and he laughed over the phone. Their supervisor returned after about two hours of this confusion and aggressive language coming from the workers. After they left, we inspected the work and they did not do what they were supposed to do so we cancelled the additional work we were planning. We won't be using them again!

They came out right away and they were pretty punctual, so that was good. The quality was really good. They were very responsive. They were very flexible.

The landscape designer visited to do an initial consultation and understand our needs, then he put together a proposed design and returned to present it to us. The installation team arrived as scheduled, less than a week after we selected them to do the work. The designer did an excellent job working within the budget we provided and relocated some of our shrubs to save money while still achieving the desired look. The landscape designer was knowledgeable and provided a good design that was well executed by the installation team. All members of their team were courteous, punctual, and professional.
