They came in and did the outside, but they never contacted me back to do the inside. They always keep coming earlier and earlier. I've been using them for 17 years and it has really been about the same. We were the original owners of this house and we have never had termites. Somehow they changed their responsibility so that they would actually do more than treat, if we ever had them. We never have had them and every year they come and inspect. Actually, the last two years they've never inspected the inside. They changed it so that they do a small portion of the cost. And I asked, "Why?" They said, "Because you must have had termites." I said, "We've never had termites. Look at your records." I will have to use them in future because otherwise we'll lose our warranty on the termite protection. We're kind of stuck at this point.

Been a customer since 2004 for termite and pest control. The termite service is excellent but the quarterly pest control service has gone down hill the past 3 years. They have changed the service technician without explanation. I require some inside pest control services and would appreciate notification so I can be home. The local office management does not want to do so except to notify me when they are on they way to my home. If I am not at home then it requires me to call and have them come again. When they spray my basement it stinks for the next 2 weeks afterwards because they changed chemical mixtures. I requested they use the old mixture but the new technician has not tried to accommodate my request.
Rather than writing a diatribe of all the problems I have encountered with Terminix and their pest control service, suffice it to say that they overcharge for what they provide, are unresponsive to requests to correct problems and some of their technicians are not always knowledgable.
