Nice tiling on the tub (generally...got some minor craftsman ship issues with some of it too) and the fixtures don't seem to leak. Had to call them back several times. Once for a non working GFI socket, once or twice for leaking sink plumbing. The grout in the floor is all cracked and breaking up after a year. I just found in the attic that they had not used breakout boxes to splice into the electrical to install the plug and light/fan. Just wire nuts and left them out or stuffed them under the insulation. Took them forever to finally install the base boards which was a pretty shoddy job too. Had to call them back to fix/finish some caulking. Each call back was a nightmare to get them to show up. The job was quoted at 3-4 days and it to 4 weeks or more to finally get "done". Really bad experience.

They took half of the cost - a check for 3000.+ on October 26, 2007. No work has been done and it is February 12, 2008. Calls are not returned. Twice when we got someone on the phone we were promised work to begin and they failed to keep their word. It is now over 3 months and no work done. Our money is gone. We are disabled senior citizens.

The estimate they gave me was for gutter helmets alone. As a result of comparative shopping I saved $988.00. I would never recommend this company for anything.
