1. Personal contact by the owner of the company which explained everything and answered all questions.
2. Firm price and date set with signed contract spelling out all details.
3. Arrived precisely on time.
4. Ground existing cement floor down to the bare concrete.
5. Applied a moisture barrier and base coat.
6. Second day applied another base coat after another grinding.
7. Applied coating of polyaspartic and then sealed garage with plastic to protect from rain.
8. Third day applied final coat of polyaspartic.
9. Sealed garage with plastic to protect from rain
10. Fourth day removed all plastic coverings.
11. Cleaned and inspected site.
