Thank you Matt and Marie for making our carpet look great again. Stains that we never thought would come up were gone. Shine was brought back to make them look new. This company provides "miracle worker" services!!! The young men who did the cleaning were very polite, professional, efficient and helpful. The living room carpet had some very tenacious and ugly stains. Another reputable carpet cleaner in this area had tried two different times to get rid of the spots but were not successful--they came back after a short time. I tried every way I knew to get rid of these spots, especially one large spot, all to no avail. I decided to call Spotless after seeing their commercials for a long time! They did their work quickly and efficiently and took a large area rug back to their shop to clean it. I am absolutely totally amazed that those terrible-looking spots are now GONE!! The wood floors look great, also. We just picked up the area rug about a week ago, and it looks brand new. The other company had cleaned it, too, but were not able to get out all the spots. I give Spotless my highest recommendation and will never call anyone else to clean the carpets. We thought our only choice was going to be to replace it. Now it looks good! We no longer have to face replacing the living room flooring---what a relief!! Thank you, Spotless, for your excellent services!!!!!

The 2 people who came were very pleasant. I told them I would let the carpet dry for a day before putting the furniture back. I didn't look at the carpet until the next day. I noticed the next day that there were 2 large stains that weren't there before the carpet was cleaned, not sure if it came from their equipment. I had company coming the next day, so I didn't call to let them know, and then just forgot about it. I placed furniture over the stains. I never got a follow up call from them, which I would have told them. I certainly know I should have called them and let them know, but had company and then went out of town. Unfortunately, I won't be using Spotless because of the stains left. The reason I called them was to get rid of my stains!

"1. Satisfaction statement was signed and dated by the homeowner the day work was completed which was 6/26/14. 2. Complaint was voiced 4 months after service was provided. 3. There were many deficiencies listed on the service order including, pet stains, burns, & heavy traffic areas and it was signed by the homeowner stating she was satisfied with the work. 4. Customer states she NEVER called us within the 4 months to voice any dissatisfaction. How would we know there was a problem? 5. We mail out postcards to customers following services rather than calling, we find it to be less intrusive. No return of card or a phone call. 6. Let's be fair...........4 months.....no chance to correct problem...... and the 1st notice we receive of dissatisfaction is 10/20/14 on this forum. Thank you!!"

My experience with Spotless was totally positive. The office staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and I felt they went above and beyond. We delivered the furniture to their place of business (our decision), and someone was there at the appointed time to help us offload it. The estimate given on the phone was within expectations for the work, but the final invoice was LESS than the estimate. They completed the work in a very timely fashion and did an excellent job of removing ALL pet smells, spots, etc. Highly recommend Spotless!

They got out as soon as they could (there was a lot of flood damage in the whole area). They were professional and thorough but the cost was amazingly expensive. I don't know how it compares to others's but I was shocked at the cost. Apparently the cost was in line with others because the insurance agency didn't complain and covered the cost.

The service tech was professional, courteous, and on time. However, although some of the stains were removed, the high traffic areas are just as dingy as they were before they were cleaned. There is no difference in the appearance of the dirty high traffic areas. In my last house, the carpets were even dirtier, and nearly as old. When they were cleaned, the stains were gone, and the high traffic areas were actually clean and stayed that way. I will not use Spotless again.

"I feel as though I I must respond to the allegations and complaints of this member. First our customers are briefed upon our arrival as to what their expectations should be. There is a section of our carpet cleaning service that call for deficiencies. The carpets in question appeared to have pet stains, high traffic areas, stains and heavy soiling marked on it. We have been voted the best carpet cleaners ten of the last ten years in Johnson City, all our techs are IICRC certified and the tech who did this job has been with us over 20 years. The customer states her other house was dirtier and the carpets cleaned up better at her other house. Well soiled carpet fibers are different in different areas as well as the wear on the carpet fibers as well as the type of fibers they are made of. Upon the conclusion of the work of work the customer is asked to look at the job and if satisfied sign the completion of satisfactory performance statement. This form was signed and dated. It also took several weeks for this complaint to be posted online. We have had no further contact with the customer concerning this job and any problems or complaints. It is our policy to re-clean an area within 72 hours if there a problem with the work performed. The complaint also seems odd in that the opening statement starts out the tech was professional, on time and courteous but only gives him B's , not A's. This would seem like a situation like where a man drives his car 100,000 miles and it tears up. He never changed the oil, but it is General Motors fault. It"

They examined the damage and gave us a reasonable price. The rug came back with absolutely no stains or odors, actually it smelled better than new. They were professional and would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using them. In the past I've used stanley steamer...never again will I use Stanley steamer!!!! These guys were quick, efficent, helpful and soooo much more affordable then Stanley Steamer!!!! They got out stain's in my carpet like it was nothing & they were professional!! I can't speak high enough about them!!! I will soooo use them again!!!

They did a great job of cleaning the carpet. I had some things to move and they were not so helpful moving things off the carpet. On one instance I had a very small bookcase with a few books on it. With the books it probably weighed 75lbs. That would not be a big deal for 2 people to pick the bookcase up and move it about 10 feet. When they refused to help unless the bookshelf was completely unloaded (what they really wanted to do was clean around it), I picked it up and moved it myself. It wasn't so heavy but it was awkward so I pulled some tendons in both arms as a result. I'm just getting over that now in November. Had one of those young guys pitched in on such a minor thing for 2 people, it would have been nice.
