Made it right and looks good.

Gutters were completed in one day. Everything looks great.

Hired Elevation Restoration to replace gutters. There was unexpected bug damage to the soffit and fascia, so it had to be a two part process. The crew that came out to replace the facia and soffits were very polite and knowledgeable and finished within the day. The gutters haven't been put up yet, but will be in a few days. Will update after finished

This company, through Greg - owner, helped me remove and replace multiple roofs on several of my buildings. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs roofing and gutter repair or replacement.

Greg is in jail now where he belongs. This man is a professional in every way. He is a scammer of the highest quality. He takes the money and then will not accept phone calls while he leaves you hanging. Please if he has scammed you contact the police and file a criminal complaint.

This guy is a scam. He took $5,250.00 and never showed up. We called the police and filed a report. I also went to his "address" and the man living there said he was ripped off for a $5k roof as well. BEWARE. Greg Dillon is a scam artist who moved into this area from Florida. Now that I have an investigator from the JC P0LICE on his case (Case # HW24010331) he'll be heading out of town ASAP. Please do not let him in the door. Call the police if you see him!

Saving Grace Roofing had to deal with cold and bad weather days when winter was in season. Saving Grace Roofing got right in there with the crew and knocked out my roof in less than a day and they were great about not leaving anything behind after the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone. The owner, Greg negotiated with State Farm Insurance and the underwriters to ensure the whole roof was done with GAF Top Grade Quality Shingles were used. He jumped through hoops to right by me on this endeavor. I would give him 6 stars if I could on here. Sincerely, Frank Thomas

Just as Greg Dillon, the estimator said, they worked hard and get it done. In one day they got my entire roof done, 35 squares, with quality products. Great work, they replaced all the bad plywood, applied membrane, shingles, ridge vent and cleaned up all debris. I watched them do the job on occasion and realized they really know what their doing. Great service and material

UPDATE 12/27/23: I guess Mr. Greg thought we would let it go that he abandoned us. He took our money and took off. We are going public with the case. According to police records he does not have a license. He has warrants. His address is fake. We have contacted the TBI and VBI. COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND SECRETARY OF THE COMMONWEALTH. The next court date is February 5th at 1 pm. If you know where he is please contact your local police or State Police. Thank you UPDATE 6/20/23: the work on our house was never finished. We had to hire someone else to finish the work. Greg Dillon knew we were seniors living on a fixed income. He has not responded to any of our attempts to get it done or the opportunity to refund the extra money we spent to get it done. He abandoned us. He will not deliver what he says. This has been going on since the week before Easter. His wife even said they would finish the house themselves if they had to. Did not happen. His so-called crews are out of North and South Carolina. He sent a roofing crew to do siding work. What a mess. Greg said they could not put the gutters back up because it would be too hard. Well, they are up now! He also said they could not finish the dormers because they were too high. Well, they are done now! They did not put a drip edge on the roof! This has been a total nightmare! ORIGINAL COMMENT: Hired Greg to do siding work and wood replacement. First crew were great and did a good job. Second crew did not seem to know what they were doing. Shoddy work. Did our roof first. Told twice about buckled shingles and flashing. Never responded. Over a month later and the work still is not done. Gutters still in the yard! Please do not hire this man. I could write a book!

I hired this company to redo my roof and fix a place in my roof That was Sagan They repaired myroof but didn't fix that place The man told me that he would fix it if it come out of his pocket but he didn't so I am still p*****

Greg was very forthright - honest and straightforward in his dealings. Respectful and extremely accommodating. Lived up to every delivery of stages of the project. Crew was timely - diligent and did an excellent job of cleanup. You would have never known a complete roof was installed in one day. Highly recommend. 5-Star 100%

Quick and efficient.

Very friendly and professional. Was more interested in what our needs were with no pressure sales. Explained everything up front and even did work above and beyond that we had agreed too. Very pleased with the work and the crew. They were on time and left our home like they found it. Great clean up once they finish. I would highly recommend them.

We got several quotes and his was good. He did not try to sell us any extra work or products. He came when he said he would and got the work done.

Greg was personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was very prompt and responsive, and gave us a free detailed estimate for the work. The crew was friendly and answered our questions throughout the process. I had forgotten to take down our American flag prior to their arrival and they respectfully rolled it up and secured it before they started! The installation went smoothly and they picked up all the old material for disposal. They also spent a little extra time securing the back down spout because it is in a strange location and needed some extra attention so that it will work properly. I am very pleased with the end result and definitely feel it is a good value at a reasonable price. I have no doubt it will hold up well to deal with the notorious East Tennessee rains! I will definitely keep Greg and his team in mind down the road for any other projects that may come up!

Once contacted, I got a quick response and quick appointment. On the date of the repair work, the crew showed up about an hour late and then had to wait another 45 minutes for the truck to show up. The crew was very friendly. Work done on a very HOT day. Several items needed to be redone upon my inspection (one section of vinyl soffit needed to be raised to prevent a large gap and there is still a little sag to it-, a section of downspout was installed in instead of out over the connecting down section, etc). Cleanup was not very thorough as I picked up about a gallon-sized baggie of aluminum spikes (6), nails (10), screws, pieces of the aluminum gutter, etc. after the crew left. Those items would not have been good if they were run over by my lawn mower. I waited to provide this review until after a rain event to see how the gutters/downspouts performed and found that there seems to be a runoff/drip in the middle of the seamless gutter - probably water channeling down along the outside gutter lip to a low spot in the middle of the gutter (gutter not sloped toward the downspout?). The leaf filter looks a little uneven along the outside edge and there are several places where screws appear to be missing (evenly spaced indentions in the filter). I do thank Greg for letting me know about potential chimney repairs which he found during his inspection.
