Metal Roofing - Repair
They were supposed to be there in the morning. There were 3 people. They arrived at 4pm. One worked hard pressure washing 5 hours, one was on their phone a lot, and the oldest one didn't pressure wash but got on the roof for around 30 minutes. Before they left the older man ask if we'd mind if we took cash instead of check. We wrote a check for $800 for the less than 30 minute roof repair but gave $400 cash for pressure washing. They didn't have cleaning supplies and used our dawn soap and bleach. After asking for that the older man said "I have a problem. I like women too good. I buy them cars and... etc. Then he repeated this same conversation to my sister when she came." We were so tired of him by the time he left. They left a receipt but we couldn't find it after they left.

Their work was completed in July and we now have a roof leak that requires repair. Their phone number is not set up to take messages and we have tried for two weeks to contact them without success.

They called quickly. Set an appointment in a day and completed the work same day. That’s fast service. Granted it wasn’t a huge job but the rain hadn’t stopped but my leaks are gone.
