Well, he fixed the thing, but he wasn't very careful about cutting into the drywall around the leak. He did way more damage than he needed to. Also, when he billed us, he claimed he gave us the neighbor price, but then a week after we got the invoice we got this threatening note saying that we hadn't paid for the repair and he needed the money. He literally fabricated the date that he made the repair to then say we hadn't paid for 3 weeks (even though we received this threatening note 2 weeks after the repair was made!). I would never call him for service, emergency or otherwise, ever again. There were statements in the note about knowing where we lived and being "neighborly" that were very off-putting and, to be honest, a little frightening. We kept the note just in case the police ever need to be called. I would stay away from this guy, he's delusional.
